1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services offered by grab33 through the grab33.click website, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

Grab33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at grab33.click/terms-conditions. Continued use of the grab33 platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the grab33 platform immediately and contact our customer support to close your account if necessary.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use grab33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. grab33 takes the protection of minors seriously and conducts age verification checks where necessary.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Malaysia and use this platform in accordance with the local laws and regulations applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding contract.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted one active account on grab33. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3 Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

When registering a grab33 account, you agree to provide your full name exactly as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification, account-related communications, and transaction processing.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your grab33 account username and password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by another person
• Ensuring that no other party, especially anyone under 18, accesses or uses your grab33 account
• Notifying grab33 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on grab33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). grab33 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

Payment methods accepted by grab33 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for deposit or to an alternative method for which the player has completed full identity verification.

Grab33 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing for security investigations, identity verification, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. In such cases, the player will be notified and asked to provide relevant documentation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

• Bonus Abuse: grab33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any related withdrawals if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, deliberate low-risk wagering, or the use of multiple accounts.

6 Game & Betting Rules

All games offered by grab33 — including slots, blackjack, Texas Hold'em poker, table games, digital lottery, and Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and MPL Malaysia esports — are subject to their respective game-specific rules.

Players agree that:

• Game outcomes are generated by an independently audited random number generator (RNG), or in the case of Sports Betting, determined by actual event results verified through official sources
• Game outcomes determined by the grab33 system are final and non-disputable unless a verifiable technical fault can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, grab33 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified
• Grab33 reserves the right to limit or void specific bets if there are signs of manipulation or fraud

7 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Using the grab33 platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account under another person's identity or with false information
• Money laundering: Using grab33 as a means to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity
• Game manipulation: Using bot software, automation tools, artificial intelligence, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Poker collusion: Communicating with or agreeing with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games or any other game category
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, sharing devices, or using any other method to claim the same bonus more than once
• Platform disruption: Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt grab33's systems, servers, or networks

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Grab33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to fulfil an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicious activity or conduct that may violate applicable laws
• Upon request by the relevant authorities
• If an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months

Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting grab33 customer support. Any valid account balance will be returned to the player following the required verification process, provided there are no active restrictions on the account.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or player device failures
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers
• Unfavourable game or betting outcomes for the player
• Unauthorised use of the account due to the player's own negligence

In no event shall grab33's maximum liability to any individual player exceed the total active deposit balance in that player's account at the time the relevant incident occurs.
